In Mexico public school is not free. The government requires orphanages to put their children in public school. This covers the cost of several uniforms per boy, school supplies, photo copy materials, PE clothes and other supplies as required by the schools for a single boy. By agreeing to support this need your credit/debit card will be charged monthly at the amount you designate, or you can choose to make a one-time donation.
